Customer & location records
Customer profiles, service locations, contacts, notes, tags, assets, relationships and complete service context.
Customers. Recurring service. Service areas. Scheduling. Route density. Dispatch. Driver workflow. Messages. Billing. Automations. Reporting. One system built around the way a can-cleaning company actually operates.

Three route exceptions, two customer replies and one billing item are ready for review.
Clean Can Copilot is being built to replace the tabs, spreadsheets, text threads, sticky notes and “I’ll remember that later” moments that quietly run a cleaning company.
Your Copilot sits across the operation and helps surface what matters, explain what changed, prepare the next action and draft the routine work for you to review.
See what Copilot can help with →Two stops were rescheduled, one address has a gate-code note, and the current route is running behind the original plan. I can show you the affected stops.
I found the customer, their service history and the message context. I prepared a response for you to review, edit or send.
I found open customer replies, unresolved service exceptions, tomorrow’s route prep and a billing item that needs attention.

See the work, exceptions, conversations and operational signals that deserve attention without opening six different systems.
Customer profiles, service locations, contacts, notes, tags, assets, relationships and complete service context.
Service types, recurring plans, quantities, price books and the commercial rules that define what the customer bought.
Recurring schedules, appointment materialization, blocked dates, operating holidays and the rules that determine when service can happen.
Draw a polygon or use cities, ZIP codes, radius, drive time and future exception rules without confusing service boundaries with route density.
Daily dispatch visibility, route grouping, optimization, assignments and the information needed to move the day efficiently.
Assigned work, stop context, navigation handoff, en route, arrival, completion, findings, exceptions and resilient offline command handling.
Messages tied back to the customer and service context, with Copilot ready to help draft replies, reschedules and follow-up.
Billing accounts, invoices, credits, payment workflows, expense capture and the financial trail behind the work.
Let routine operational work happen when it should, while important exceptions and higher-impact actions remain visible for review.
Worker profiles, role-based permissions, paired devices and tightly scoped field authority built for multi-user operations.
See operational performance, revenue signals, workload, exceptions and the information an owner needs to steer the company.
Ask questions, get help, surface the next action, prepare routine work and move between office, field and customer context without losing the thread.
Clean Can Copilot grew out of Ameri-CANZ, a working North Texas trash can cleaning company. The problems were painfully specific: trash-day dependencies, holiday route shifts, route density, hidden cans, gate codes, customer texts, before-and-after evidence, billing cadence, driver context and the thousand tiny exceptions an owner ends up carrying in their head.
Instead of forcing those realities into software built for a different trade, we started building around them.
